Yes, they are! All of our hemp products are third-party lab-tested. However, some tests may only include the potency test and may not include heavy metals testing. It's always a good idea to check our Lab Results page before making your purchase if you require full-panel lab tests. We work hard to ensure that our lab results are updated regularly, but if you have trouble finding the lab results for your product, please reach out and we'll help you find it!

To cancel or make any modifications to your order, either send us an email to sales@hemplivingusa.com or give us a call at (414) 885-2024 and we'll do what we can to accommodate your needs. We make no guarantee of order modification or cancellation as it really depends on what stage your order is in.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, we can only issue refunds within 10 days after the delivery date. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item please email sales@hemplivingusa.com with your order number and all available information about the defective or damaged item and details of the damage/issue.

Absolutely! We prioritize your privacy and discretion from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep. When you make a purchase, your credit or debit card statement will discreetly show the transaction under "ALLIED DISTRIBUTION," keeping the nature of your purchase confidential. Similarly, your order will be shipped in a nondescript brown box, ensuring no visible branding or product descriptions give away the contents. The sender will be listed as Allied Distribution Group, with our shipping facility's return address in Wauwatosa, WI, further ensuring your privacy.

In addition to these measures, we go the extra mile to ensure all our hemp products are securely sealed and smell-proof. Our goal is to make your experience as comfortable and private as possible, from the moment you place your order to delivery.

Shipping varies depending on where you're located. Typically, your order will ship within 24 hours (business days) of receiving the order in our system. From there, it could take anywhere from 2-4 business days to arrive but this is always subject to change due to inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances out of our control.

We accept only Credit Card/Debit Card transactions at this time (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)

  • We do not accept returns on consumables, such as oils, dabs, flower, gummies, lollipops, or Pot Rocks.
  • For other items, you can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 10 days from your delivery date. We will provide store credit or a refund on approved returns. If your purchase is older than 10+ days from delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or store credit.
  • To complete returns we will require a receipt or a proof of purchase. Depending on your return we may ask for additional information.
  • You must return items in new and unused condition with all original materials included in the shipment. We inspect all returned items before processing any store credit or refund.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, within a 24-72 hours (business days). If you haven't received a refund, first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@hemplivingusa.com.
  • For fulfillment errors and/or defects please provide your order number, Issue details and email it to sales@Hemplivingusa.com. One of our representatives will be in contact with you within 24-48 business hours.
  • Free shipping for all U.S. orders within the 48 contiguous states. Options will Include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground depending on the weight of the order.
  • Most shipments arrive within 2-3 business days. However, some areas may be affected sporadically by severe weather and other unforeseeable circumstances that are out of our control.
  • Some orders may be required to be shipped USPS, depending on the products purchased.
